As many of you probably know, a little over a year ago we started offering Invisalign clear aligner therapy in our office. We are so happy to offer this service to our patients. We have benefited from getting to see many smiling patients esteem rebuilt and hygiene ease restored!

Our Invisalign
Our Invisalign consults are free and we are more than willing to work through any questions or concerns you might have with pursuing this treatment for your health.
Besides the aesthetic factor, the benefits of Invisalign are many. Having misaligned dentition adds an incredible increase to complications with hygiene and will affect the longevity of your teeth due to improper bite.
Itero Scanner
To help us provide this service we are implementing the Itero scanner. This scanner allows us to take a 3D image of your teeth, so no impressions are needed to create your aligners.
We also use this image to create a simulation model of how your teeth will look after they are aligned. With this simulation we can show you not only how the appearance of your teeth will change, but will also be better able to explain the necessity of creating a proper bite.
Periodontal Health
As stated earlier, there are many benefits to aligning your teeth. Teeth that are crowded or malaligned are more difficult to clean and can lead to poor periodontal health. This can damage the bone and gums and result in tooth loss.
Difficult areas to brush are also more prone to tooth decay if plaque is not being removed effectively. In addition to potential periodontal improvement, straightening your teeth properly distributes biting forces and prevents uneven wear, which can weaken teeth. By evenly distributing pressure this also reduces further gum recession.
Hygienist
If you feel that you would benefit from treatment, the doctors along with your hygienist will discuss your options. Our consults allow us to see the progress that can be made, as well as determine which level of treatment will best suit your case.
There are three different levels of Invisalign, Express, Lite and Full. The plan that benefits you will be determined based on how much tooth movement is needed and how many aligners you need to reach your desired outcome. The length of treatment is determined by how many aligners are required.
